21st Century LCD Gadget Blindness Syndrome??
A lot of Asians who were born in early years of the 20th century, have eye sight problems (even blindness) in later part of their adult life. The cause? Some say it’s because of poor lighting. Other says, they read too much under the candle light.
What about in our times, the 21st century? We do have enough light sources around us, but, the increase and heavy use of small gadgets and small LCD screens will eventually do some harm to our eyes. I think we are over-exerting our eyes when looking at those small fonts on the LCD screen…
