A lot of Asians who were born in early years of the 20th century, have eye sight problems (even blindness) in later part of their adult life. The cause? Some say it’s because of poor lighting. Other says, they read too much under the candle light.
What about in our times, the 21st century? We do have enough light sources around us, but, the increase and heavy use of small gadgets and small LCD screens will eventually do some harm to our eyes. I think we are over-exerting our eyes when looking at those small fonts on the LCD screen…

Many moons ago, I played the Dreamcast version of RE:Code Veronica. It just occurred to me that the “Piano Roll” soundtrack in that game works well with Emily Dickinson’s famous line “After great pain a formal feeling comes…”
Listen to the link below and think about Emily’s poem:
My mind is alert and wide wake, but my body is very tired. It’s a strange feeling to get used to. It almost feels like staring into the abyss… Hmm, on the other hand, it does remind me of that sensation one gets before triggering the “out of body” experience or lucid dreams…
Haha, what am I saying??!!! Nevermind… yea… Jetlag is the Land of Nevermind…
I sound really ridiculous right now…
My vacation to Asia will be ending soon. I am eager to return to USA. While I always feel at home when I’m in Asia, I look forward to getting back to work — it is a constant reminder (from other people) that I have limited time in regards to “earning money.” Even though it may be the case that age and earning power go hand in hand, there is great advantage for being an antique dealer… My knowledge will increase with time, seasoned with trust and credibility.
Finally, I also keep in my heart that God is the one making the impossible, possible…
